Purple Cabbage Sauerkraut Locally grown, aged & fermented for 7-21 days in a Red Wing Crock at the optimal 68-75* temperatures in our homestead according to USDA guidelines. Ingredients: Green cabbage & canning salt. There are no spices in this batch. *With each Mason Jar of any size (no cracks, no damage, no chips, no antique or mayo/pasta jars) returned you'll receive $.50 (1/2 Pints or smaller) & $1.00 (pint or larger) in future purchase credit.
