Dehydrated Sourdough Starter Unbleached White "Pure & Simple"

This is my pure & simple white sourdough starter developed & fed with unbleached, fine ground, wheat flour. To re-hydrate for use in breads, buns, pancake batter, rolls & anything else you can imagine! Once rehydrated, use like you would for any recipe that calls for sourdough "discard" or "starter" depending on the phase of feeding. Includes one 5-7oz packet of dehydrated "Pure & Simple" sourdough starter, directions to rehydrate & favored recipes. Ingredients: Unbleached Hard Red Wheat & Malted Barley flour.
