Gluten-free Dehydrated Sourdough Starter Blend, "Bertha"

This is my signature gluten-free sourdough starter - guaranteed to bubble in just a few days!!! I've formulated the perfect blend, with a naturally sweet flavor to re-hydrate for use in breads, buns, pancake batter, rolls & anything else you can imagine! Once rehydrated, use like you would for any recipe that calls for sourdough "discard" or "starter" depending on the phase of feeding. Includes one 5-7oz packet of dehydrated gluten-free sourdough starter, directions to rehydrate & favored recipes. Ingredients: flour (wild rice, sweet rice, coconut, tapioca, almond & brown rice).
