This includes 1 kombucha mushroom & 1 cup of kombucha in a ziplock, ready to be fed with black, green or oolong tea & a sweetener! Create your very own kombucha right on your countertop in 7-14 days. I love to flavor mine after the first fermentation with items such as ginger, apple, citus zest, elderberries, anise, Cinnamon, Clove - there are endless possibilities!! Local pickup or meet in Brainerd/Merrifield/ Baxter only - no postal delivery during the winter.
