Preorder for $150 deposit. All orders will be ready based on the month that works best for your family. Purchase a side or a whole lamb; cut, wrapped & frozen by our USDA inspected butcher shop. Priced by the hanging weight (before bone & trim are removed). Customized cutting available. Whole Lamb Example: 50 lb. rail weight x $10.50/lb. = $525 All pricing includes processing costs to harvest, cut, wrap & freeze. These are Katahdin lambs, known for their excellent carcass quality and mild lamb flavor. Our kids raised these sheep from birth to harvest on our farm pastures.
