We're not sure what we love most - the look of the long handle bone, or the flavor it packs into the already buttery taste of our ribeyes! Tomahawks are at least 2" thick, weighing over 2 pounds, and beautifully marbeled for a top eating experience. They can be easily prepared by brining each side in salt and seasoning of your choice for a few hours before cooking at 175° for about an hour, then cranking the heat to 450° for 7-10 minutes on each side. Delicious! Internal temp reaches about 130°
