Green Phantom Quartz is a fascinating gemstone.  It is a clear quartz crystal that contains visible “phantoms”  ghost-like outlines of earlier crystal growth stages that are filled with green chlorite, actinolite, or epidote.  These inclusions form when the crystal stops growing for a while, mineral deposits settle on it, and then growth resumes, creating a layered “phantom” effect inside the quartz.  It is sourced mostly from Brazil but not easy to source and find.  The “phantom” inside symbolizes inner growth and evolution of the soul, making it excellent for self-reflection and spiritual awakening.  This stone supports meditation and helps you understand life lessons with clarity and compassion.
