Gude Alpha Pear-wood Series 6", 8", and 10" Chef Knives

Hand forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-moly cutlery steel. Crafted in over 40 separate, hand operations. The grips are made from finely figured, satin finished pearwood. Stainless, hand sharpened – NOT for the dishwasher! This new series was produced to commemorate Güde's being chosen Preferred Supplier by Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, German Chapter.
