This 6" Utility Knife is great for small slicing jobs like slicing vegetables, salami, sandwiches, etc. Hand forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-moly cutlery steel. Crafted in over 40 separate, hand operations. The grips are made from finely figured, satin finished pearwood. Stainless, hand sharpened – NOT for the dishwasher!
