Oil Cleansing Method: oil cleanse in the evening; warm oil between hands; massage into face using slow firm motions; use a washcloth in steaming hot water; lay over face until risk cools; wipe face with cloth rinse; cloth and repeat process three to four times. If you feel the need to moisturize apply a small enough to face and wiped clean in the morning.
