Ylang Ylang Extra essential oil
Native to tropical Asia, especially Indonesia and the Philippines, this tall tropical tree’s flowers are used in making this essential oil. The scent is intensely sweet, soft, floral-balsamic, and slightly spicy. Victorians used it as Macassar, a hair growth tonic. Also used to treat insect bites, and is thought to have. a regulating affect on cardiac and respiratory rhythm. Properties: Aphrodisiac, antidepressant, anti-infectious, antiseptic, euphoric, hypotensive, nervine, regulator, sedative (nervous), stimulant (circulatory), tonic.
