This cake is a single 4" layer, and comes with a bone or number cookie topper. Add inscription and name in cart. Cake flavor is pumpkin & honey, topped with a yogurt & tapioca based frosting. Peanut Butter frosting option. Colors may slightly vary.  Ingredients include brown rice flour, pumpkin, honey & egg. Please Note:  PICK-UPS are Tuesday - Friday and must be ordered 48 hours in advance. Keep refrigerated 1 week, or 3 weeks in freezer.
