This single-origin decaf from the Norandino cooperative in Piura, Peru is proof that you don’t have to roast dark—or caffeinate everything—to get a cup worth drinking. Light roasted to keep things bright and balanced, this coffee offers a gentle sweetness and subtle complexity without trying too hard. Like all our decafs, it’s made using the Mountain Water Process—a method that takes about 15 hours to remove caffeine without using chemical solvents. Slow, clean, and effective. Exactly how we like it. Grown at elevations between 900 and 1700 meters and 100% organically produced, this coffee fits our broader definition of quality: it tastes good, does good, and holds up to whatever brewing method your morning requires.
