Uncle Nearest Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee

We partnered with Uncle Nearest, one of Tennessee’s most respected whiskey makers, to create something that’s all craft and no compromise. Green coffee beans are aged in charred white oak barrels, absorbing rich, complex notes from the wood and the whiskey that came before. After aging, the beans are roasted to a balanced medium profile—bringing out tasting notes of crème brûlée, toasted oat, and baked apple, with a bold, whiskey-forward finish. It’s smooth, full of character, and unlike anything else in the lineup. Only available whole bean to preserve freshness and that distinct barrel-aged complexity.
