The Scoop

This new hand-carved addition to the Core Collection will infuse your cooking with the joy of handmade. These wooden scoops are simple but so satisfying to hold and use. Pair  with a tin of our Spoon Butter for an excellent gift.Each scoop is dry carved by hand in maple, so please note that while we aim for consistency, slight variations in shape and texture will occur in comparison to the listing photo. When taken good care of, a well-made wooden utensil can be an heirloom item. There will be a care card included with your order.  Please only hand-wash your wooden utensils and stand upright to dry to avoid it sitting in a puddle. Wood should never see the inside of a dishwasher. We recommend adding a tin of our Spoon Butter to your order, which you can then apply when your wooden utensils (spoons, spatulas, cutting boards, etc) start feeling dry, which is something that will happen with use and time. We recommend applying Spoon Butter as often as every few months, and at least once a year, depending on the frequency of use.
