Autobiography of noted artist and craftsman, who died shortly prior to publication. This is a first U.S. edition, very good in a fair jacket. Jacket has browning and minor chips to top front, very large chip to lower front (but with most of chipped portion included, in place behind protective plastic). Smaller but significant chip to lower rear. Pages a bit browned, scuff to page edges. Has very nice B&W illustrations at rear. A bit of soil to front paste-down and ffep, Hard, First U.S..
