In Wilmington we start celebrating fall when the temps drop into the low 80s. And fall means it's Maple Walnut time. We use 100% Vermont maple syrup to make one of the creamiest ice creams we make and then add plenty of walnuts. Historically this is one of our most requested fall flavors.
