Every year we look forward to March because we know it's the time that we get to crush up your favorite cookies and mix them into our homemade ice cream. This one starts as a Coconut Cream ice cream and then we go a little crazy throwing in shredded coconut, caramel and chocolate sauces and of course, crushed Caramel Delite cookies.
