C7 Premium Delrin 100AF Bushings

Take your Corvette to the next level with our Premium Delrin 100AF bushing kit for the C7 Corvette. Originally designed for the US Navy, Delrin 100AF is Delrin impregnated with Teflon, resulting in extremely low friction, self-lubricating bushing. While more expensive, the Delrin 100AF of our premium kit will give a long service life with zero maintenance. NOTE - The Removal Kit is not required, but is recommended. There are two ways to remove the old bushings: the cut out method and the press out method. If you are cutting out the stock bushings, you do not need the removal kit. If you are pressing out the stock bushings, the removal kit includes the spacers and adaptors to allow you to use a hydraulic press. The removal kit is not needed to press in the Delrin bushings. The Borg Motorsports bushing kit includes all bushing positions for the Corvette control arms, 16 total locations.
