C7 Standard Delrin Bushings

Our standard Delrin bushings for the C7 is an economical alternative to polyurethane and our Premium Delrin Kit. This kit is made of standard Delrin which maximizes the rigidity of the suspension at the lowest possible price point. Generally, lubrication is not required, but some circumstances may need a light coating of grease (we recommend synthetic or lithium grease). NOTE - The Removal Kit is not required, but is recommended. There are two ways to remove the old bushings: the cut out method and the press out method. If you are cutting out the stock bushings, you do not need the removal kit. If you are pressing out the stock bushings, the removal kit includes the spacers and adaptors to allow you to use a hydraulic press. The removal kit is not needed to press in the Delrin bushings.
