These beautiful terrazzo inspired collars are made of a performance velvet fabric which is a highly durable 100% polyester knit fabric with a buttery soft feel and matte finish.  It is resistant to stains and spills and offers a high abrasion threshold. It is sewed onto 3/4", 1" or 1.5" Biothane and finished with your choice of hardware.
