The three ships raided in Boston Harbor on December 16, 1772 contained 340 chests of Chinese teas, including fifteen chests of Congou black tea. The majority of teas imported by the East India Company were made in the Congou style. These tea leaves brewed a deep liquor with a strong and pleasant flavor that was superior to the common black tea called Bohea. Ingredients: Handpicked China Black Tea Includes 3.5 oz of Loose Tea Gluten-Free
