A structured and important wine that spontaneously ferments in steel and wooden vats, and refines in cask and barrique for 20 months and for many others in bottle. Deep ruby ​​red color. On the nose the aromas are intense and elegant with hints of ripe fruit, cherry and blackberry, and notes of ash, wet earth, cocoa and licorice.
