It has a lovely and intense bouquet with orange blossom, white flowers and broom. The well-balanced palate offers wild peach and a touch of passion fruit with fine acidity, pithy and waxy towards the long finish. This is an excellent Aligoté. Drink 2024-2032." Winemaker Notes:  "Jean-Marc Roulot is renowned for his skill in transforming the simple Aligoté grape into a sublime drink. His version of this variety joins ripe flavors and distinct minerality into a balanced combination.
