Hess Collection Shirtail Chardonnay Monterey

This stainless-steel bottling shows overwhelming white-flower elements on the nose, from tuberose to honeysuckle to jasmine, cut by a bit of baking soda. The palate is so floral and aromatic that it almost tastes like a different grape, with sharp apples, more tuberose and a steely frame.
