Burrito Fiestero has a light smoky scent, with sweetness and floral notes on the palate. Maestro Mezcalero Arturo Conde double distills this mezcal in a copper still. Burrito Fiestero Joven is made with maguey Cenizo (Agave Durangensis), which takes approximately 14 years to reach maturity. The company has a "One for One" agave reforestation campaign in which they plant one agave Cenizo per bottle that is produced, essentially planting 10 times more than what they use.
