O'Neal is a very early ripening Southern Highbush variety. The fruit is large with good flavor, firmness, and stem scar. Plants are moderately vigorous and semi-upright. Chilling requirements are 450 to 500 hours. Suggested companion plants are: Star, Jubilee, Misty, and Biloxi. A 3 gallon plant that can be purchased and planted year round. Size averages 24-36" and well branched.
