With Bekele Kechara’s natural lot, we ran the BOTZ “coffee simulation” endlessly. The only result we found was “BEEP BOOP! ERROR – flavor range too extensive.”For months now, I’ve been attempting to envision this coffee at BOTZ (a practice I do quite literally…and psychotically as a weird coffee person). The first batches didn’t disappoint. Purple, full, and gorgeously flavor chaotic (when flavors constantly fight and each shows itself momentarily with poise before fleeting).
