Usually, the BOTZ database can find a past coffee as a reference for what we could expect the sample to taste like at BOTZ. With Bekele Kechara’s natural lot, we ran the BOTZ “coffee simulation” endlessly. The only result we found was “BEEP BOOP! ERROR – flavor range too extensive.”For months now, I’ve been attempting to envision this coffee at BOTZ (a practice I do quite literally…and psychotically as a weird coffee person). The first batches didn’t disappoint. Purple, full, and gorgeously flavor chaotic (when flavors constantly fight and each shows itself momentarily with poise before fleeting). This coffee is raspberry boisterous, tropically confident, and surging. The acidity is a combination of lush blackberry jam and a spritz of limeade. The sweetness is sim
