When they move on from our lives, we feel a deep sense of gratitude and respect (anyone else cry when their childhood oven got replaced?). We’ll never forget the day that we hit our stride with Jobo. As curious roasting folks, we would politely change different variables that Jobo controlled (damper settings, fan revolutions, drum rpm, peak gas…yes, Jobo is quite versatile despite his smaller size!) to try to find a roasting style we valued and wanted to share.
