The rest, some 165 pages, is a listing of all films plus television appearances, extensively illustrated with stills.The index of films, by noted screenwriter and film historian De Witt Bodeen lists everything from "The Fable of Elvira & Farina & The Meal Ticket" (1915) through to "Nero's Mistress" (1962) with most getting a cast list and brief sy
