Forest Gown

  Forest green chiffon fabric is used to make this beautiful one shoulder gown. The skirt part is created by gathering fabric at the waist providing a lot of layer at the bottom. The torso part is created by manipulating fabric into gathers diagonally from shoulder to waist.
