  Gemini® Heat Set Colors All of the Gemini® Heat Set colors are made with ingredients that are non-toxic and inherently UV-resistant with no additives. The pigments have a high tint strength and are weather fast. Using a temperature between 265 and 270 F and leaving it in for 10-12 min. seems to work the best. We have tried 8-10 min with pretty good results. We encourage you to experiment with the times and temperatures in your own oven. Use the Gemini® Heat Set thinning medium to thin the colors or one of the Gemini® Heat Set thinner and brush cleaners. Gemini® Heat Set Thinner is not a solvent based thinner. It is non flammable, non-toxic and was designed for this line. If you prefer to use a solvent based thinner. Gemini® Heat Set Solvent is and extra mild, low toxicity solvent based thinner.
