Ceramic Mussel Shell Trinket Dish

Clink go your rings at the end of the day as you drop them into this ceramic mussel shell trinket dish on your dresser.  Transforming your home into a natural refuge from hectic modern life one mussel shell at a time.   I hand built this stoneware ceramic trinket dish (instead of throwing it on a potter's wheel) which creates it's natural texture.  I make my pottery this way because this is how I make my ceramic sculptures and because I wanted to make bowls that felt like they had grown into being bowls instead of having been made into bowls. Food, Microwave and Dishwasher Safe (although pretty small for eating out of, hahaha!) Measures approximately 3" in diameter and 1.5" high. Since this is hand built pottery, every shell is unique.
