The Catskill is a great 2-3 bed getaway house that's perfect as a modern mountain house or a rental property. An extended carport is convenient to pull up to the front porch. The huge front porch is great for enjoying a fire on cool summer nights. The first floor features a modern, open kitchen, living room with wood stove, laundry closet and two modest bedrooms which share a full bathroom.  Upstairs an open loft looks down on the living room below and bakes in tons of light from the front windows.
