Supertinker

It’s a Tinker. But More Super. If you’ve poked around Bow & Oake enough, you’ll have learned that we’re partial to a Phillips Screwdriver as a back tool over the corkscrew. This means we tend to like Tinkers over Spartans, but there’s really no right choice. This means we absolutely love the Super Tinker (spoiler alert: we love everything with the name Tinker in it.) The Super Tinker takes all the fundamental tools of the Tinker and raises the game via a pair of scissors and a multipurpose hook. We’ve also mentioned that scissors are our dad’s favorite part of his daily carry. He’s a master tinkerer, restoring Harleys in his free time, but he swears by the scissors and says he uses them every day. We tend to use the large blade and Phillips the most. The Super Tinker is the fraternal twin of the Climber. They have identical front tools, but the Super Tinker takes the Phillips path and the Climber takes the classic corkscrew.
