FJ40 Roof Rack

After a long wait, the FJ40 roof rack is here!  It took a lot of trial and error to get the right fit as the roof narrows to the front of the truck.  To make the compound bends work, there is a filler panel above the doors that is fastened to the side panels.  This gives a finished look vs. leaving a gap.  The rack has 6 extruded aluminum cross bars that are T-slotted for accessories bolted on with 1/4-20 fasteners.  The front wind deflector uses an extra cross bar for mounting.  The side rails lay in the full length of each rain gutter in the roof and come with rubber U-channel to help protect the dimples in the 40 series rain gutter as well as to protect the finish.   Normal shipping time frame is 2-3 weeks from the time of order.  We often are ahead of that time but depending on order load it can be that long.  Thank you.
