The Emerald Giant Sweet Bell Pepper is a large pepper selected for its heavy yields and robust plant structure, which supports a high number of peppers. Emerald Giant was developed in 1963. Fruits are emerald green, thick-walled, and very, sweet 4 ½" long by 3 ½" wide. Peppers have thick walls and turn from dark green to red when they mature.
