Clip it to your shoulder strap and you now have a microphone and speaker within easy reach. Don't forget to block wind noise with the Wind-Blocker PTT Foam, available as an option. This model works with the Yaesu VX-170's and FT-270R models, as well as any other model that has a threaded 3.5mm jack. Other models are available.
