This Pocket is built with 1000 Denier Cordura® with the inside ballistic lined. Using a Velcro® flap to secure your items like handcuffs, gloves, and Narcans. An opening on the back of the pocket will allow you to put any oversize items like a rifle mag or phone. The pocket comes with 2 mil-spec webbing on the back with metal buttons to secure the pocket on your PALS system.
