20x24" / 7/8" acrylic on canvas. The piece is re-interpretation of Piet Mondrian'sTableau No. 2/Composition No. VII.  The palette utilizes shades of copper, gold, and silver applied over a base layer of carbon black. The cloudy (or prismatic) effect of the original piece is then recreated in gray using titanium white blended with cobalt black.
