Missed Appointment Fee ( Services )

Aesthetic Physique by BDC Services. Missed Appointment Policy   Maintaining consistency is crucial for achieving optimal treatment outcomes.   Appointments that are cancelled, missed, or not rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a $95 missed appointment fee.   This policy applies to all clients, including those with prepaid sessions or treatment packages.   The missed appointment fee must be paid before booking the next appointment.   Once the fee is paid, you may schedule your next session and your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly if needed.   A confirmation email will be sent once your new appointment is scheduled.
