Ensolite Foam (IV1, IV3, MLC)

Armacell's Ensolite IV1, IV3, and MLC elastomeric closed cell foams are designed for use in Aerospace, Automotive, and Marine applications. These foams have excellent resistance to oil, fuel, and water, and can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications. This foam is notable for its use as carpet padding, cushioning for seat components, or in headliners and sidewalls. It can also be used for gasketing or sealing applications. Sold in 25-ft rolls. Rolls may have a skin layer on one side. ±1/16" tolerance on all thicknesses.  1/2" AND 1" VARIETIES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST WITH A TWO-WEEK LEAD TIME. Note: Includes FAA burn certificate for 25.853(a), except for 1/8" IV1, 1/8" MLC, and 1/4" MLC foam. 1/8" IV1 and 1/4" MLC foam do not pass FAR 25.853(a) vertical burn test when tested alone, but do pass when sandwiched between acceptable materials, such as in armrests, carpet padding, wall padding, etc. 1/8" MLC is not expected to pass even when sandwiched between acceptable materials.
