Galaxy Foam - Rolls

NOTE: GXY Foam plain rolls will be discontinued and gradually phased out in 2026. As stock of the below-listed grades and thicknesses are each sold out, they may not be replenished. Please see our DAX Foam for another commonly used graphite-polyurethane foam until we begin stocking an alternative to GXY Foam. GXY25 foam with scrim will continue to be stocked.   Bramport Galaxy FoamTM is a graphite-based polyurethane foam designed to meet the stringent fire testing requirements for the aerospace industry. Galaxy FoamTM is capable of passing the FAR 25.853(c) oil burn test without the use of a fireblock layer. This is a cost-effective alternative to DAX Foam® for certain installations (not a direct replacement). Sold in 600" (50') rolls, 52"-54" wide. Also available in rolls with scrim and in sheets.
