Galactic Standard - Espresso Blend

Galactic Standard is a universally awesome espresso blend that will produce shots of star dust space magic in your cup! Tasting like a mixed berry pie with a really syrupy body this espresso can stand on its own or take all of your milk drinks to another galaxy!  Tasting Notes: Mixed Berries, Bright Citrus, Chocolate Velvety Syrup Brew recommendations: Espresso: We're loving 19g in, 38-40g out over 25-29 seconds ChemexDose:  25g. Grind:  Medium (on Baratza Encore / Virtuoso 14)Water: 400ml of at 202 degrees Fahrenheit Bloom: 50ml of water saturating the coffee. Let sit for 1 minute  2nd Pour: Pour in circles until your at 100ml  Final Pulse Pours: Add 20-40ml of water each pour until reaching 300ml. Allow coffee to drain almost fully between pours. Final Brew Time: 4 minutes
