This summer, Addi is on a heartfelt mission to bring joy, comfort, and courage to children spending their days in hospital rooms instead of on playgrounds or at the beach. Now in her fourth year, Addi’s Brave Bucket delivers Brave Gowns—whimsical, MRI-safe hospital gowns—and her inspiring book, “Let’s Go Be Brave,” to children that will be spending their summer undergoing treatment. Together these gifts are that remind kids that even within the hospital walls- there’s still magic, hope, and bravery to be found. While many kids are enjoying summer break, thousands will wake up in a hospital bed, undergoing treatments or preparing for surgery. Addi knows how that feels, and she’s determined to make a difference.
