Annual CHICAGOLAND "CHD" Brave Gown Drive

Help us make being hospitalized extra special for children being treated for CHD.  Chicagoland CHD (Congenital Heart Defect) Brave Gowns Drive!  CHDs are America’s most common birth defect, affecting nearly 40,000 babies each year in the U.S alone. This equates to 1 child every 15 minutes. Being a child stuck in the hospital is tough. Brave Gowns provide children with a sense of courage and normalcy during a scary time. A Brave Gown is a high-quality gown, that easily snaps on the side, and makes it easier to access every part of a patient's body while maintaining privacy. This allows the child to play or sleep with minimal disruption so they can rest and heal in peace and comfort while looking like a superhero, princess or their favorite animal!
