Barrel-Aged Dark Charge: Cookie Butter (2025)

Available for PICK-UP ONLY in our Covington Taproom beginning Saturday, December 6th at our Dark Charge Winter Block Party.  This bourbon barrel–aged imperial stout is pure Biscoff bliss. We’ve taken the nostalgia of the iconic cookie and amplified it with caramelized malt, brown sugar, vanilla, and warm baking spice, all rounded by rich toasted oak. Bold, silky, and irresistibly spiced, every sip lands with the same cozy sweetness as that perfect cookie crunch. Bottle Pick-up: Covington Taproom on December 6th  Must be 21 to purchase.
