
Maple Oatmeal Pancakes
Never tried oat pancakes? You're going to love these!!! Created especially for the Wakarusa Maple Syrup Festival.* NEEDED TO COMPLETE : 4 Eggs, beaten 1/2 C. Maple Syrup (100%) 2/3 C. Vegetable Oil 1 & 1/2 C. Water 2 Tbl. Maple Extract Pancake Mix - Complete Bag TO PREPARE: Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-low heat. Pour pancake mix into a large bowl and stir to combine completely. In a small bowl, beat together oil, eggs, syrup & extract. Pour into the pancake mix, alternating with the water, and mix thoroughly, creating a batter. Allow batter to sit for 2-3 minutes to absorb the liquid. Pour batter, 1/4 cup at a time, onto the prepared griddle. Cook on both sides until golden brown, flipping when the surface begins to bubble.
