This Toy Soldier set, numbered 0665, depicts a French Officer, five gunners, and a gun from the Seven Years War. This global military conflict, which took place between 1756 and 1763, involved most of the great powers of the time and affected multiple regions including Europe, North America, Central America, the West African coast, India, and the Philippines.
