This Loose Smudge Blend is full of locally homegrown sage, juniper, mugwort, pine, yarrow, rosemary, sage, oregano, mint, lavender, rose petals, thyme, lisianthus, calendula, and sweet clover (may contain some or all of these herbs - picked fresh last summer + fall from my garden, the woods behind my house, and the gardens of my friends!) This lovely smudge blend has a soothing, grounding aroma and is ideal for burning in a shell, bowl, or tray to cleanse your space - a great way to purify your space and cleanse your aura.  Choose from two blends: RELEASE blend - "I release that which no longer serves me" (black obsidian) LOVE blend - "To love yourself is the beginning of a life-long romance" (rose quartz) Features: 5g zip-seal bag or 7oz jar of loose herbs Ingredients are homegrown and/or hand-picked by Josie herself May contain stems (which are normal and can be burned, too!)
